How To Make Honey Beeswax Candles – Step by step
You’ll love these candles if you like the sweet scent of honey and the warm scent of vanilla. Pure beeswax smells great on its own, but you can enhance the aroma by adding fragrance oils to it.
Step 1: Place The Wax

In a metal pitcher, put in the yellow beeswax pellets. It is quite difficult to remove wax out of dishes, thus, having a pitcher, particularly for candle manufacturing, is strongly recommended.
Step 2: Melt The Wax
Bring a big saucepan of water to a boil with the metal container. Reduce the heat to medium and occasionally whisk until all beeswax has melted. It’s crucial to melt the wax gently to lose none of its original aromas.
Ensure the water does not enter the beeswax container after the wax has completely melted. Allow the wax to cool to 125 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3: Add The Fragrance & Essential Oils
Add honey vanilla fragrance oil and cinnamon bark essential oil. Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until everything is thoroughly blended.
Step 4: Pour The Wax And Place The Wick
Fill the candle jar with melted wax and secure a wick at the bottom with a little adhesive or melted wax. Leave about an inch of space at the jar’s top.
Wrap the other end of the wick around a pencil or bamboo stick and put it horizontally across the top center of the jar. While the wax solidifies, this will keep the wick centered.
Step 5: Trim The Wick
Trim the wick once the wax has solidified fully and it’s ready to ignite. The wick should measure around 1/2 inch in length.
